The automated keyless check-in process is easy. Start by checking your phone messages to find the instructions. You will receive two codes: one for the main entrance of the building and one for your apartment’s door. Use them to initiate the check-in process.

The Wi-Fi is unlimited, free of charge and high speed.

Your apartment will be ready from 15:00 on the day of your booking. Check out time is until 11:00.

For check out, simply shut the door behind you and let everything else on elliot.

At your apartment hallway you will find a black “hot water” button. Just press, wait for 20 minutes and go enjoy your shower.

Yes. Plus, a bottle of water will already be in your fridge when you arrive.

You will find among other stuff: full-size fridge, oven, stovetop, coffee machine with capsules, electric kettle, frying pan, stock pots, baking trays, chopping board & knife, kitchen tongs, bottle opener, plates, glasses, cups, cutlery, salt & pepper. You will also find detergent next to your washing machine, clothes horse at your balcony and iron with ironing board in your closet.

Making sure you feel free but also safe and at home is very important. Elliot is a secure place with 24/7 camera surveillance.

Please note that our camera surveillance is limited to public areas as we respect your privacy.

Children are welcome to all our apartments, except for the Duplex with Terrace, for safety reasons.

In case your little one needs a cot, just let us know in advance and we will gladly provide one in your apartment, free of charge.

Unfortunately, no. As much as we love animals, this decision is to ensure the comfort and convenience of all guests and we appreciate your understanding.

No. All the apartments are non-smoking rooms.

Unfortunately, we don’t have wheelchair access as we are set in a 1950s building. If you find stairs difficult, you might be more comfortable booking the One Bedroom apartments which are on the ground floor. Please contact us directly ahead of booking to discuss your requirements in detail.
